Reading Changes You
At the Western International School of Shanghai, we know that instilling a love for reading and literacy from a young age is important. Each school year we dedicate one month to Literacy Month. Literacy Month is celebrated with a book fair, author visits, fun out-of-uniform days, competitions, and activities that promote a love for reading.
Open a book and your life changes. Experience the transformative power of reading and read the highlights from our Literacy Month and our year-long focus on developing a love of reading.
