Open a book and your life changes. Our school-wide focus for this year at WISS is for our community of learners to experience the transformative power of reading. We welcome you to visit this page as we update throughout the  year our highlights of our year-long Reading focus.

Each year, Scholastic Inc, publishes their Kids and Family Reading Report which surveys both children and their parents exploring their attitudes and behaviors towards around books and reading.  The survey is conducted in 5 countries-Australia, Canada, India, The United Kingdom and The United States of America.   Below is a sample of an infographic representing each country.  You can read the full report here.
